Who is Richard Cornforth?

Richard Cornforth has been developing a very impressive track-record, all around the country the past several years, assisting people in discovering and implementing the laws regarding void judgments. Many judgments are void because of fundamental issues regarding lack of jurisdiction. Many already know this, but Richard will show you the why's and how's of the LAW OF VOIDS and VOID JUDGMENTS, and more importantly, what you can do about them. Many judgments, either civil or criminal, are inherently void for want of law: Richard's successes are based on a thoughtful understanding of why, and what the courts have to say on this subject. DO NOT EXPECT your standard Patriot nonsensical drivel. This is straight-forward, no-nonsense, workable, doable (even in today's courts), law advocacy from the perspective of winning not whining about corrupt courts and a lack of justice in the system of "just-us."

Richard has been attacking VOID JUDGMENTS around the country for 4 or 5 years, perhaps more and has developed a pretty impressive track record.

Many judgments are void because of the lack of properly drawn and executed pleadings which when understood in their context, are seen to have actually deprived the court of jurisdiction. For this, and several other reasons, Richard estimates that there is upwards of fifty million void judgments out there.

His seminar is one day and crammed with material which will open your eyes to methodology which has been mostly overlooked by the legal profession: regardless of your background, you will find this seminar invaluable in your quest for a bit of justice in the JUST-US system.

In addition, Richard is going to present some material on the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act which most bigger creditors routinely violate -- especially the IRS and ODR (also unaffectionaly known as ODOR). This material will provide you with the tools by which you may be able to unwind collection actions and even recover property already taken.

"People such as Richard Cornforth, Vern Holland and Pat Patton are providing what amount to judicial weapons of war. ... When put in the context of Richard Cornforth’s work on void judgments, Pat’s position boils down to, "What evidence of liability do you have and who is your competent witness with first hand knowledge of facts?' --Dan Meador"

"Several of the researchers who planned to participate had to cancel at the last minute due to scheduling conflicts, but we still had a pretty fair group. Some of the more recognizable included Jack Cohen of Washington, Tim Richardson of Oregon, Dessie Andrews of Texas, Brad Barnhill of Virginia, then Pat Patton, Richard Cornforth and I of Oklahoma. ... Richard Cornforth made a preliminary presentation on attacking criminal convictions under the "law of voids." The writ of habeas corpus is the key, but there may be other remedies as the habeas moves procedure under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and may open the door to a Rule 60(b) motion to vacate. This subject is in preliminary development stages. ... Cornforth estimates that there are 50 million void civil judgments on the record, so his procedure that has been successfully utilized to vacate judgments may be enhanced by evolving research concerning how banks, credit card companies and the like create credit." --Dan Meador

"I'm assuming that most are at least passing familiar with Richard's work. He is something of a pioneer in the area of void judgments, the need for a competent witness, etc. For the last couple of years he has enjoyed considerable success at getting judgments vacated and otherwise defending against foreclosures and the like. His most recent research is focused on the Federal Fair Debt Collection Act. Most states have a corresponding act known as the Consumer Protection Act. He has unearthed a raft of new tools and strategies by studying these darlings. One of the people Richard works closely with is a retired lady in Oklahoma City who in the last year has kicked thunder out of two large Oklahoma City law firms using his strategy. Richard has given her a new Native American Indian name: 'Walks on Lawyers'"--Dan Meador
