As you probably know, you have the right to cancel your mortgage application within 3 business days according to the Truth-In-Lending Simplification And Reform Act of 1980 (Public Law 96-221).

The interesting question is: within 3 days of what?
Within 3 days of the time that BOTH of these two conditions are fulfilled: signing of the application, AND FULL DISCLOSURE of the terms of the agreement.
But have you yet received full disclosure of all terms of the agreement?
